Our Work

At Aligned Access, we don’t just meet accessibility standards, we redefine them. Our work ensures that inclusion is built into every space, policy, and experience.

What we do

At Aligned Access, we help nonprofits and agencies move beyond compliance to create truly accessible and inclusive environments. Our services include:*Advocacy Letters (Individual Support)
Facing barriers to accessibility in school, at work, or in public spaces? Our Advocacy Letters are designed to support individuals requesting accommodations or asserting their rights under the ADA and related laws. Whether you're a student, employee, parent, or caregiver, we craft clear, professional letters that help you communicate your needs, navigate policies, and build a strong case for the access you deserve.
*Aligner Letters (Organizational Accountability)
Access Alignment Letters are formal recommendation documents provided to organizations following consultations, soft audits, or training sessions. These letters outline legal obligations, identify areas for improvement, and offer strategic guidance to support accessibility compliance and inclusive policy development. They serve as a professional resource to help institutions demonstrate accountability and take meaningful steps toward accessibility.
*Soft Accessibility Audits – Conducting preliminary assessments to identify accessibility barriers and provide practical recommendations for improvement.*Proactive Accessibility Planning – Helping organizations integrate accessibility from the start, preventing compliance issues before they arise.*Awareness-Driven Training & Workshops – Covering disability etiquette, breaking stereotypes, Americans with Disabilities (ADA) laws, and inclusive communication strategies.*Assistive Technology Guidance - Recommending resources that enhance accessibility and usability for individuals with disabilities.*Grant Research Support – Helping nonprofits and agencies identify funding opportunities for accessibility initiatives, including researching grants, eligibility criteria, and application requirements. We specialize in guiding organizations through the process to secure the necessary resources for improving accessibility and ensuring compliance.*Policy & Procedure Development – Assisting organizations in creating accessibility-focused policies that align with legal standards and best practices.
